Brooklyn, Connecticut

The town of Brooklyn is a town I just moved into last year and so far I love it. I love my town because of how kind the people are there.

When I was in my old town I was treated with disrespect and the people made me feel like I wasn't wanted. I was feel the same way up until my mom told me we were moving to Brooklyn, I was happy. When we got to Brooklyn I was perfect for that school and town. The people made me feel like I actually was wanted and needed in their school and a year later I still am.

The people there got my sprits up enough so that I tried out for the cross-country team and became their 2nd top runner. They also helped me try out for the track team and now become their top track runner. The town of Brooklyn Is a good town for people like me because the people in this town made me feel like I was actually part of the crowd.
