My town is new, about two years old, and still building! Built on the site where a forest used to stand, it still has much of its old forest trees and life. Just opening the front or back door, you can smell the outside, especially after it rains. It is in Hoke County, near southern North Carolina. It's not too crowded, but just enough that you can't meet everyone in just 1 year!

I have only been here for 8 months, and am already in love with it. All land lots are 1/2 an acre, perfect for anything you can think of (except a baseball or football field:-). It has the most gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. It does have wacko weather (60 degrees Fahrenheit in dead winter) and is a bit uncivilized, but it is my town, and that, as they say, IS THAT!
