Springfield Colorado, I moved here when I was 14 yrs old. It doesn't look like much to a visitor. But, Oh My, when you live here, it is so much more. We like to say that we are not only a town, We are a family, and we act like one also. We fight, love, argue, laugh, embarrass each other. It doesn't matter what you do, just like a family, they may get mad at you, not talk to you for awhile, but you will always be forgiven.

We belong to each other, fight for each other, cry for each other. Its a lovely place to be. And oh, how we love company. We will go all out to make your visit with us all it can be.

We have some very old buildings that are just wonderful, A trip down into the canyons is amazing, and oh so pretty, we have one small mountain called two buttes. We argue a lot over that mountain. Some say it is a volcano, others say its just a deformed mountain. Maybe you can come and have a look, and settle the argument once and for all. We are just an old fashioned town, with old fashioned values, and we love each other very much. And we welcome company with open arms, we will feed you, clothe you, If you are sick we will heal you. Or do are best anyway. Were not perfect, but we are here, and we try.
