Information gathered from welcome to my town.com is only used by us to confirm by email that a submission has been accepted or rejected, and as an identifier to ensure that payment of cash prizes is correctly distributed. All other correspondence is restricted to information expressly requested by the recipient such as news letters or updates on new inclusions.

Email addresses supplied to us will not be leased, loaned or sold to any company or third party for any reason whatsoever.

Information which could be used to identify individuals or real addresses of private residences in any submission received by us is filtered or modified to protect that persons privacy. eg John Brown of 27 Station Road would be modified to JohnB, and 27 Station Road would deleted.
